Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup spinach 

1 lb ground turkey 1 egg 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp cumin, ground parchment paper 

Prep 

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 

2. Mince garlic. 

3. Chop spinach (use a food processor if you have one, but it's not necessary). 

Make 

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix everything by hand until well combined. 

2. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until turkey is cooked through.
