During a visit, I will assess your current eating habits, health history, and goals, and then develop a personalized plan. Education and support will also be provided during and between visits.

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual telehealth visits.

Initial sessions are about 60-75 minutes. Follow-up sessions are about 30-45 minutes.

We can start with a free 15 minute discovery call if you have questions or you can sign up and schedule your first visit. To get started you will need to fill out the Request Appointment form.

The initial visit is $165
Follow-up visits are $100-$140 (depending on the type).
I do offer money-saving packages for those paying out-of-pocket.

If you have a Medicare plan, your visits may be covered only with a diagnosis of diabetes or kidney disease and a referral from your doctor.
