Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites
Craving chocolate? Here is a healthy recipe that seems too yummy to be good for you. This makes a great snack or dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup of Peanut butter (No sugar added creamy)
1/2 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp. Natural Cacao (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
1 cup rolled oats (use 100% Natural Whole Grain oats, not instant)
2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the oatmeal in a bowl. (Add about 1-2 tsps of warm water if it is too dry.)
Add the oatmeal and keep mixing.
When everything is mixed, place the container in the fridge for about 2 hours to harden.
Use a spoon to spoon out the amount you want to roll into the little balls, about 1/2" in diameter.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
