Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Craving chocolate? Here is a healthy recipe that seems too yummy to be good for you. This makes a great snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Peanut butter (No sugar added creamy)

  • 1/2 cup Honey

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 3 Tbsp. Natural Cacao (or unsweetened cocoa powder)

  • 1 cup rolled oats (use 100% Natural Whole Grain oats, not instant)

  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the oatmeal in a bowl. (Add about 1-2 tsps of warm water if it is too dry.)

  2. Add the oatmeal and keep mixing.

  3. When everything is mixed, place the container in the fridge for about 2 hours to harden.

  4. Use a spoon to spoon out the amount you want to roll into the little balls, about 1/2" in diameter.

  5. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
