Berry Smoothie

We’re all looking for ways to boost our immune system these days. Adding healthy berries to your diet is a great way to do this. Try this quick and delicious smoothie to help boost your immune system while satisfying your sweet tooth! (It makes a great breakfast or snack, too!)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries any type (I like Kirkland's Frozen Mixed Berry Blend)

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup skim milk or almond milk (or enough as needed to make to a drinking consistency)

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and process to desired consistency.

Makes 3 servings, approx. 3/4 cup each.
